A more detailed explanation of the race (As of 1.2):

• Passive (Bullet Hell):
• 2 health
• 1 pixel hitbox
• Grazing (getting very close to bullets without touching your hitbox) will generate rads for you equal to the damage you could have gotten 
• Enemy projectiles multiply into more as they travel with ±20° deviation from original
• Active (Fantasy Heaven):
• Casting Fantasy Heaven allows you to ignore reality
• Phase through everything(Bullets, explosions, contact damage, pickups, rads, even walls)
• Disables firing during cast
• Costs 0 rads to activate
• Burns 60 rads/second
• Throne Butt (Frugality):
• Cuts the cost of Fantasy Heaven by half (0 rads to cast, 30 rads/second to sustain)
• Ultra A (Coersive Charity)
• Can fire while casting
• Grazing generates 2xrads/graze
• Bullets can be grazed multiple times
• Enemy bullets multiply even more
• Ultra B (Last Word)
• Charge up the casting to fire omnidirectional bullet pattern
• 1 second charge-up time
• Cannot walk at full charge
• Fires main weapon in 8 directions, based on reload speed
• Your bullets slow down during cast, then speed up again after discharge
• Must discharge to walk normally again
